What is production time?
2-3 business days from approved artwork. Large orders (size, quantity, etc.) would take longer. |
Where and how do you ship your orders?
We ship anywhere in USA using UPS, Fedex or U.S. Post Office and internationally. Local deliveries are made with our own trucks. Or customers can pick up their orders at our location. |
What is Vector artwor?
An EPS file is a Vector art file. |
How do I save in a vector format?
By using Adobe Illustrator or Corel. |
What is a Raster Image?
A Raster image is a computer file created & composed of numerous pixels. You can not edit a Raster image, unlike a vector image, which you can separate. |
When do I use a Raster image and when do I use a Vector image?
There are 2 main differences between the Vector and the Raster image. Vector is the file format you use when the image is made with paths and fills and are the best for retaining good quality. Raster would be used for Photos and all other images. Raster needs to be in higher resolution to get good quality. |
Can you accept “CDs or DVDs”?
